how to practice yoga

start with breathing

Easy Sit: Sit on a yoga mat, cross your legs, put your hands on your knees, straighten your back, tighten your jaw, breathe naturally, and meditate with your eyes closed.

Half lotus position: Sit on the yoga mat, straighten your legs, bend your feet, bring your feet as close to the perineum as possible, put your hands on your knees, straighten your back, relax your ankles, and close your eyes for meditation.
